Once again Timothy James, the 6th grade brain, his sister Sarah, and friend Jessica are drawn into a reality that exists just beyond the familiar world of home and school. And once again, characters from Celtic and British mythology are disrupting the world of three friends.

The Travelers’ Market, the second book in the Wolfproof fantasy series finds the three on a quest to save a life, and to tip the balance of an age old battle toward the light. In between worlds, many unusual things are bought and sold. But servants of the Dark have arrived before them; the market is full of Draíocht, both good and evil, and few can be trusted. While there are those who are working to help Timothy discover more about his true identity, there are others who would destroy him. Balor, the one eyed, wears a new disguise as an animal tamer who deals in traps, snares and human lives.

As Timothy’s family tree is revealed, he learns why he has been given a part in the battle for the Light, and that his destiny is tied to the market. Only discovering the voice of the legendary stone of Destiny will establish his rightful position, but the search is long and dangerous. Meanwhile, will his sister and friends survive?
