Illustrator Kary Lee to Visit Prune Orchard in Pullman,

Families are Invited to Attend Free Book Signing
Pullman, Wash. —Sept. 24, 2007—Kary Lee, will visit Prune Orchard in Pullman for a book signing to promote her new book, Dizzy, beginning at 11:00am on Saturday, October 13, 2007.
A resident of Pullman, Lee graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Communications. Lee's watercolors are known locally as she painted the 2003 and 2004 Lentil Festival posters. She has also done several commissioned pieces for local businesses and residents. In addition to illustrating children's books she also offers school presentations and workshops.
The public is invited to attend this free, family friendly event. “This is a great opportunity for our community to meet and talk to a local, professional artist,” said Debbie Yates, owner of Prune Orchard.
